Our story

Built on a legacy of strength and purpose.

Leon's Legacy was founded on a singular mission: to equip young people across Gwinnett County and surrounding communities with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities necessary to reclaim their direction and build a foundation for lasting success.

Our mission

Rebuilding identity and opening doors for young people

Leon's Legacy exists to give young people aged 12 to 22 the tools, mentorship, and real-world exposure they need to rebuild after setbacks and step into their full potential. We also walk alongside single parents navigating the daily challenges of raising their children, offering guidance, resources, and a community that truly cares. Whether you're a young person finding your footing or a parent holding it all together, we believe every family deserves the support to discover their strengths and chart their own path forward.

Our Journey

How Leon's Legacy Began and Grew

Rooted in faith and fueled by purpose, Leon's Legacy is growing across Atlanta, Snellville, and surrounding communities — equipping youth and adults with the tools, mentorship, and life skills they need to break cycles, stay free, and step into their God-given potential. Through weekly development programs, financial literacy training, job readiness support, and real exposure to professional careers, we're creating pathways that lead to lasting change. We're building something bigger than a program — a movement — and we're looking for leaders, sponsors, and partners ready to invest in people and leave a lasting mark on this generation.

Why Leon's Legacy Was Created

I started Leon's Legacy because I saw young people in our community struggling without direction or mentorship. We needed a space where they could rebuild, learn real skills, and see themselves as capable leaders.

Every young person deserves someone who believes in them and shows them what's possible. That's what drives everything we do here—giving youth the tools and confidence to write their own story.
