Built on a legacy of strength and purpose.
Leon’s Legacy Builder wasn’t built on theory — it was built on lived experience and the belief that there’s always another way forward. Founder Timothy N. White Jr. carries forward three generations of turning survival into purpose. It started with his grandfather, Leon Moore, who endured abuse, a broken foster system, and ten wrongful years in San Quentin. He had every reason to give up. Instead, he broke the cycle. After losing his wife, Leon raised seven children alone during the 1980s crack epidemic. Every one graduated college — a family first. His daughter, Anna Moore-White, spent over a decade building career pathways and scholarships for underserved youth. Inspired by their example, Timothy built a career serving abused and neglected youth. Today, Leon’s Legacy Builder equips vulnerable youth impacted by poverty, trauma, and exploitation with mentorship, life skills, and real support. One decision can change a life. One life can change a family. One family can change a community. This isn’t just a program. It’s a legacy of transformation — because every young person deserves a real chance.
